I am in the camp that loves shopping on Black Friday. My family and I go out and get holiday Starbucks, don some red and green and go nuts. Over the years I have gotten my strategy down pat, and figured out which are the best places to shop.
My top tips are - Avoid the outlets, shop the outlet stores online (such as J.Crew Factory) unless you love large crowds. Bring water. Wear comfortable shoes. Be in it for the experience and not just the deals. Have a fully charged phone. Get everything you need in the store and wait in line once.
Here are some of the best Black Friday deals:
Glossier is 20% off site wide!!I can't wait to stock up on my favorites, and get some gifts for people!
Ulta - I love the Bare Minerals kits, and also the Philosophy ones
Best Buy (duh, haha) - They have Kitchenaid mixers for $300 off! The also have Apple products on sale, and Beats speakers and headphones
Macy's - Normally everything goes on sale, I'm looking to get a new steamer and some other kitchen goods to be ready for holiday baking
Also, some stores have a sale on basically all inventory including J.Crew, J.Crew Factory, Alo, Shopbop, Birchbox and Vineyard Vines
Other stores do great bundles - I figure if I was going to get something anyway I might as well get more! The DryBar bundles are great.
