Happy Friday friends! Isn't it amazing how Friday comes at the same time every week and sometimes it comes way faster or slower than others? Regardless it has arrived! I am looking forward to sitting by the pool in the morning and avoiding the heat in the afternoon by watching some good movies. The heat has hit south Florida and it is hot! We're supposed to get some more thunderstorms this weekend and I hope they help with the humidity...we shall see.
Lisa Lerch - Did you guys here that Lisa Lerch bought Bosom Buddy Bags? These bags have been on my radar for a few years, ever since Carly The Prepster started carrying it around. Well, the maker of fantastic statement earrings (if you've been eyeing statement earrings online and don't know where they are from, they are likely Lisa Lerch) like this, this and this bought the bag company. I can't wait to see how she tweaks the bags. I am in love with this one, but can't decide between white and black ribbon, and can't decide on a charm. I hope she brings back the snafu!
There are so many great movies out! First, Thor Ragnarok is on Netflix now and I highly recommend it! Even if you don't like superhero movies at all, this movie is hilarious! In theaters there is Solo, which I loved, and also Ocean's 8 and Jurassic Park debut this weekend. We are going to put our MoviePass to such good use! If you like going to the movies now is definitely the time to get MoviePass!
If you have ever wondered how to put on individual fake eyelashes watch this tutorial. Ashley Brooke does a fantastic job demonstrating all the steps, she makes it seem so easy and clear!
There are new Lilly Pulitzer arrivals! I am still swooning for this dress, it looks so vintage and classic, and all the new arrivals are just so fun and darling. I'm really in love with this years summer's collection. The light blue and the gingham and the swim, they are on to something!
Finally, there are so many good comedy specials on Netflix right now! If you are looking for something to watch I highly recommend the Jim Gaffigan special, the most recent Jerry Seinfeld special and both of the John Mulaney specials. To be honest, the John Mulaney specials are definitely not for kids, and I don't agree with everything he says of course, but it is so funny!
What are you up to this weekend? Anything fun?
