Trader Joes Smoothie Recipe

Today I wanted to share my new favorite Trader Joe’s smoothie recipe. It’s dairy free, and very cheap to make since all of the ingredients will last a very long time in the freezer. He’s biased, but my husband swears it’s the best smoothie he’s ever had ;)

You will need:  

2-3 chunks of Trader Joe’s Just Coconut Chunks  

1/3 cup Trader Pineapple Tidbits (these are really great, the bag last forever!) 

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/3 cup almond milk

approximately 1 cup water, use more or less depending on how thick you want it. 

Blend the ingredients, I used our Nutribullet which is really great! It blends thick frozen great quickly, and is easy to clean. It also works great as a food processor for chopping nuts.

It makes one tall glass full. Also, I’m wearing this nail polish.
